I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, and National Certified Counselor in private practice in Reno, Nevada. I help adults and first responders overcome past challenges or exposure to shocking events so they can return to healthy living, confidence at work, fulfilling relationships, and a more positive view of themselves.

I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Client-Centered Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat clients who have experienced past difficult events and complicated relationships.
